Britney Finley

Britney Finley brings over 20 years of experience as a professor of Physical Education and Health, along with a doctorate in Higher Education, to her role as Executive Director of Rachel’s House. Passionate about health and wellness, she thrives on educating college students and helping them develop lifelong habits of well-being. She also leads Bible studies for young women, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of God’s word. An avid jogger, Britney values running for mental health and is dedicated to helping others care for their bodies as temples of the Holy Spirit. As director of the HEAL wellness program at Harding University, she inspires individuals to embrace holistic health, blending physical fitness with spiritual growth. She is married to Stephen Finley, and together they have three children, Carter, Colten, and Julie Ann, who are also actively involved in supporting the vision and impact of Rachel’s House.

Cindi Ingram

Cindi Ingram is a dedicated wife and mother of three who manages a dynamic career and community involvement. At Harding, she has advanced through various roles and earned her Master’s degree, currently serving as the Director of Operations in Advancement. She also contributes as Chair of the Staff Welfare Committee and University Liaison for Women of Faith. Cindi is actively involved with the Friends for Life Crisis Pregnancy Center as a Board Trustee and co-hosts a weekly Bible study for female college students. Passionate about sharing her faith, she speaks at women’s retreats and ministry events, enthusiastically sharing the story of God’s redemption.

Anna Ingle

Anna Ingle is a dedicated homeschool mom whose passion for education and family is matched by her commitment to service. As a devoted volunteer at Highway church, she contributes her time and talents to various community outreach and support programs. Known for her incredible culinary skills, Anna has a reputation for creating memorable meals that bring people together. Her creativity shines not only in her kitchen but in every project she undertakes, whether it’s crafting homeschool lessons or contributing fresh ideas to the Rachel’s House team. Anna’s heart for service, family, and innovation will help us make Rachel’s House a home for young women.

Jennifer Brock

Jennifer Brock, an APRN specializing in Sleep Medicine for the past decade, has resided in Searcy, Arkansas for approximately 10 years. She is married with two children. She values her family and is also enthusiastic about helping individuals attain better sleep and overall wellness. Jennifer believes that quality sleep is essential to both physical and mental healing. She is committed to working closely with the women at Rachel’s House, helping them improve their sleep habits as a key part of their journey. Her passion for empowering women through higher education drew her to support Rachel’s House. She is also a board member of Friends for Life.

Kate Moore

Kate Moore is a licensed CPA and holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in accounting from Southern Arkansas University. She is a member of the AICPA and Arkansas Society of CPAs. She has over seven years of experience in public and governmental accounting, specifically in the areas of small, closely held businesses and nonprofits. Kate is a Senior Accountant at Blansett & Associates and specializes in corporate and individual taxes and annual financial statement preparation. She has a passion for taking complex tax matters and explaining them in a way to help her clients better understand their financial position. Kate is actively involved in the community and serves on two other nonprofit boards, KLIFE and United Way. She looks forward to using her expertise to contribute to the financial stability and growth of Rachel’s House. Kate currently resides in Searcy, Arkansas with her husband, Andrew, and son, Asher. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and traveling.

Christina Martin

Christina Martin, LPC-S, LMFT-S, has professional experience working at a residential treatment center, an integrated care medical clinic and now operates out of her own practice. She is trained in trauma and addiction and has always had a passion for helping the underdog and loving the unloveable. She loves to include faith in her therapy practice when she can. She is married with a little boy and has a strong love for coffee.

Certifications include: CSAT/CMAT trained, CTT, EMDR 3, BSP1, EFT 1

Lindsey Goudeau

Lindsey, who holds a BA in Special Education from Harding University and taught in the Cabot school district for two years, has a heart for the overlooked and those with special needs. She is deeply involved in her church, where she helps lead youth Bible studies, and understands the importance of healthy mentorship. With the spiritual gifts of administration and mercy, she is a perfect fit for Rachel’s House. In her role, Lindsey will assist the board members in creating all necessary materials to get Rachel’s House fully operational. Once established, she will manage the girls’ schedules, overseeing their appointments, tutoring, daily activities, and progress, ensuring the smooth coordination of the program’s phases.
